Two Kings of the Commute: Indian Coffee Estate and North West London
Just like good coffee, there's no hurrying nature. Even if it is the morning commute!
A King of the Commute
This elephant was spotted on Karnathi estate (which has a main road running between it).
Now, while elephants are very lovely animals, they can be a bit, how shall we put it, heffalumpy, so when one is spotted, there's a mixture of awe and delight, but also fear that they might crush the crop (and of course, everyone has to stay well clear for safety reasons).
Still, this particular ele seemed happy enough just ambling along, putting a stop to the morning commute for a little while.
Karnathi is home to the Montfort Fathers, who, run our estate for us as well and give the harvest a special blessing, which is why we're called The Blesséd Brew!
Another King of the Commute
The cat, is our neighbour's, here in the UK. He definitely rules his cat walk, every bit as much as the ele rules the road over in India.
