Idioms are always evolving, and while many of us may use the phrase, "spill the beans" to ask someone to tell them all the gossip, nowadays, you are just as likely to hear, "spill the tea!"

Here at the Blesséd Brew, we would always caution against spilling hot beverages, but if you want the latest from us here it is!

June Update from Kulkumry Coffee: The Blesséd Brew

Over in India, the rains have started and most workers have gone home for the season. The coffee has been harvested, the estate tidied up, and it's time for a little breather.

We are still working through mountains of red tape trying to get our lovely coffee over here to the UK. Every time we tick one box, and move on to the next step, three more steps have been added, and everything you think will take two weeks to do, actually takes two months!

But we think it's worth pursuing! Not only do we want to bring our beautiful Indian speciality coffee to UK coffee lovers' cups , but we strongly believe that by doing so, we'll be able to make lives in India better and help preserve our wonderful little part of nature.

Thank you for all your love and prayers so far - please keep them coming! And stay tuned. We'll let you know more just as soon as we know more.
