Kaphi (pronounced 'ka-fee') is our signature South Indian filter coffee blend, made with Arabica (64%), Robusta (16%), and Chicory (20%).
 
This coffee goes perfectly with a delicious masala dosa or an idli or two — but you'll have to organise those yourself, sorry!

Roast Date Information
Please note: Bonaventure, Chikka, and Kaphi are hand-roasted in India by a local roaster, Sunshine Superfoods, before making the journey to us.  As we can only bring over 25kg at a time, roast dates may not be as recent as you'd find with our UK roasted coffee (Chandrika).
 
Rest assured, they're sealed and stored carefully throughout the journey, so what you're getting still carries the character and joy of Indian speciality coffee.
